At Joe's Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed and confirmed via email.
